    Natasha’s background in fitness started at a young age playing sports. She was very involved with basketball, field hockey, racing motorcycles, and riding horses. After sustaining several serious injuries that eventually ended her basketball career, she turned her focus to weightlifting and CrossFit to rebuild her strength. Her passion for fitness combined with her background in Clinical Rehabilitation and Emergency Medicine gives her training a unique style that is very catered to her clients.

In 2017 I also had the chance to compete in one of the biggest Bodybuilding shows in TX in the Men’s Physique category which I did naturally placing both top 5 in the teen category and novice (amateur) category. I have also done CrossFit, HIIT, and other various types of styles when it comes to working out. I per se fell in love with the gym and knew right away at the age of eighteen that being a trainer is something I wanted to be.

As a lifelong athlete, I grew up competing in gymnastics, soccer, and pole vaulting; then later became a cheerleader at UC Davis where I earned a BA in Communication. I have a wide variety of experience in the industry from one on one sessions, handstand workshops, and even teaching myself acrobatic archery. To me the gym has become much more than just a place of physical transformation, but a practice that renews my overall health and joy in life.
